Firstly, remember the correct addresses (you should bookmark them):
Hero Health - https://herohealth.net/admin/dashboard
Heidi - https://scribe.heidihealth.com/
If however, you are still getting an error or another message at the login pages, try opening your web browser in a private page (this will give you a clean cache). For Microsoft Edge and Chrome, press Ctrl+Shift+N. For Firefox press Ctrl+Shift+P
Now re-enter either the Hero Health or Heidi address again.
